LIIF is seeking experienced and motivated Business Development Representatives who are passionate about the hemp business. This position is a key role in the development of the LIIF brand through the selling of hundreds of our new products to distributors worldwide.

About The Candidate

This role will be able to bring in new business opportunities by contacting and developing existing relationships and potential distributors. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working independently or with a team, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

How You Will Contribute

  • Find relevant leads on social media groups and communities, and build targeted lists

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Assist in conducting and compiling research on key clients and industries

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Report to the CEO and business partners on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans


Who Will Be Successful in This Role?

  • Proven work experience as a successful Business Developer/Sales Executive in the hemp industry

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)

  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
